Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing our products on this website. To ensure your shopping experience and after-sales rights, please carefully read the following refund policy before purchasing. This policy applies to all clothing products (including tops, pants, skirts, jackets, accessories, etc.) Situations where refunds can be applied for

  1. There are quality issues with the product
    If the product you receive has obvious quality defects (such as loose threads, damage, stains, severe discoloration, fabric defects, etc.), please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt and provide:
    Order Number
    Clear photos/videos of product issues
    Problem description
    After verification, you can choose to refund or exchange.
  2. Wrong product or missed delivery
    If the following situations occur, we will bear full responsibility:
    The style, color, and size of the received goods do not match the order
    Order item missing
    After the after-sales review, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  3. 7-day no reason return (if applicable)
    If the product remains unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with intact tags and original packaging, you can apply for a return and refund within 7 days of receipt.
    The following products are not eligible for unreasonable returns:
    Close fitting products (such as underwear, stockings, etc., for hygiene reasons)
    Personalized customization or personalized processing of goods
    Products that have significantly affected secondary sales
    2、 Refund process
    Submit an application
    Submit a refund request through the order page or contact customer service.
    Audit processing
    We will complete the review within 1-3 working days and notify you of the next steps.
    Return the product (if needed)
    Return the goods to the return address provided by customer service and keep the logistics tracking number as proof.
    Refund to account
    After the product inspection is confirmed to be correct, we will complete the refund within 1-5 working days.
    The time of arrival is subject to the processing speed of the payment channel (WeChat/Alipay/bank card, etc.).

  4. Due to product quality issues or wrong shipment
    We will bear the return shipping cost (or provide shipping subsidy/reverse pickup service).
  5. Returns without quality issues (such as size mismatch/dislike)
    The round-trip shipping cost is borne by the buyer themselves.
    4、 The following situations do not support returns or refunds
    The product has been worn, washed, and shows obvious signs of use
    The product is stained, odorous, damaged or artificially damaged
    Tag removal, packaging damage, missing accessories
    Exceeding the refund application deadline
    Unable to provide valid order information
    Event clearance products (if specified separately)
